John Dainty - Office Manager

John joined the company in 1960 and gained his experience through working alongside Eric Amos for 24 years.

Upon Eric's retirement John took over the running of the company until taking up the roll of Consultant in 2003.

John is a very active member of the local community having been a member of Round Table and now a member of both 41 Club and Rotary Club.

Derek Brown ACII - Commercial Manager

Derek joined the Royal Exchange Assurance Group in 1963 and gained his insurance knowledge by training in all departments for the group and in 1968 became an Insurance Inspector at the Wolverhampton office of the group which then had become the Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance Group.

He joined Willenhall Insurance services in 1970 and then ran the company until taken over by ourselves in 2004.

Derek qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1978.
